We are delighted to have received nominations in several categories of the Petplan Veterinary Awards 2014 – the most prestigious awards in the veterinary world. This year we were nominated for Practice of the Year, Tom, Mel and Becky were nominated for Vet of the Year, Gemma and Sharmaine received nominations for Vet Nurse of the Year and Christine for Support Staff of the Year.

Pets in the Park

Sunday 18th May 2014

Marbury Park, Northwich CW9 6AT

11am – 4pm

Cheshire’s biggest pet event returns and this year we have made it even bigger and better with more attractions. The ever popular fun dog show returns and this year we have one of the country’s leading dog display teams, doggie fashion shows, snakes, spiders, lizards, meerkats, the world of chicken keeping plus lots of stalls. Admission is free (parking charge applies). If you are coming please bring some pet food to donate and we will distribute this to local animal charities and rescue centres. Award Nominations (Posted May 2013)

We are delighted to announce that we have been nominated for three awards in the prestigious Petplan Veterinary Awards 2013. The awards, now in their 14th year are viewed as the ‘Oscars’ of the veterinary world. We were nominated for Veterinary Surgery of the year and Both Tom and Mel were nominated for Vet of the year. In addition Christine was nominated for Veterinary Support Staff of the Year. The public are instrumental in these nominations so we would like to say a massive ‘thank you’ to our lovely clients for putting us forward.

Pets in the Park 2013 (Posted April 2013)

pitp 1We must be mad but we’ve organised another Pets in the Park. This year we are moving the event to a Sunday. The date is Sunday 19th May and the venue is , as usual, Marbury park in Northwich. The dog show will be there, organised by Four Paws Pet Services and this year there will be a display by Carens K( Dog Display team. The Well Heeled Dog Club are bringing along their Tunnel of Temptation and demonstrating the Kennel Club Dog Good Citizen Scheme. Carens K9 College will also be running a have-a -go agility area. Our big new attraction this year is a travelling zoo provided by Warrington Pets and Exotics. Lee and his team will be bringing along a variety of reptiles and mammals for you to get up close and personal with – his collection includes snakes, spiders, lizards, meerkats, prairie dogs, a tame skunk and much more. Stockley farm are bringing some baby farm animals for you to pet. We have even more stalls coming this year and as usual we have invited all the local animal charities we work with. The fun starts at 11am – see you there!
